      <image:caption>Ed spent his whole working life in construction as a quantity surveyor and then as a cost consultant and project manager. He became a professional member of the RICS in 1968 and a Fellow in 1981. He is also a Trustee of the Arthur Rank Hospice.</image:caption>

She now manages a portfolio of Cambridge private, third sector and charity projects. Involved in education tech start up, EliT, she is also founding chair of Cambridge Live. A lawyer, Sara worked regionally and internationally in manufacturing and brings Executive and non-Executive experience in housing.</image:caption>

Most recently Simon was a Non-Executive Director of a Cambridge house building company, and is currently Chief Executive of Stratophase Ltd, a biotech company based in Southampton.</image:caption>

He holds a non-executive directorship of one company and is employed as business development manager of another, is a trustee of a national charity and is presently writing three books.</image:caption>
